Dear Friends:

On behalf of all who suffer from scleroderma, we wish to thank you for your generous contribution and participation in the 2004 Irish Spring Fling held on May 2. The event which honored Kathy Byrne and was organized by Byrne family members and friends was an unqualified success and raised $13,206.00! This would not have been possible without your support for which we are extremely grateful.

The money raised by the Irish Spring Fling will be used for both research funding and patient support programs. The Scleroderma Foundation New England Chapter receives no government or other funding and is totally dependent on the generosity of people like you. Please enjoy the knowledge that you helped many by your contribution.

Sincerely,

Marie A. Coyle
President

On behalf of Bennett School I would like to thank you for your generous donation for our annual Spring Fair.

With your assistance the event was another great success.

We are extremely grateful for your support that allows the PTO to continue to provide equipment for our teachers, classrooms, and school. This year we were able to purchase new televisions, digital cameras, and learning centers for the classrooms, new playground equipment and more.

From the entire PTO staff we thank you for your help in favorably impacting the learning experience for our children.

Sincerely,

Our GALA was an enormous success and raised over $17,000 to help fulfill the wish lists of our programs.

Thank you for your generous donation of the gift certificate for our auction.

Each year, our six divisions receive money from the Gala to help with the needs of the individuals they serve. This year money will be used for sneakers, basketball hoops, picnic tables, outdoor patio furniture, trips to Southwick Zoo and other recreation, as well as specific needs. In our South County Division, the money raised will help with items by individual served by our homeless program

Guests at the Gala, held on May 14, at Cyprian Keys in Boylston, included past and present trustees, founders, staff, and friends. It was a fun evening of “Nostalgia” as people danced, bid on auction items, and visited with friends, old and new.

Please accept our gratitude for your support of the individuals we serve.

Sincerely yours,

Tina Wingate
Director of Development

Dear Ms. Shore:

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your generous auction donation to our 5th Annual Fitness for a Cure Gala held on March 20, 2004 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, NH. Your support for this event helped to raise over $96,000 dollars that will go directly to the children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Your generosity to the Fitness for a Cure Gala makes such a great impact toward the life saving work done at

St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. While the primary focus at St. Jude is on children and not dollars, every additional dollar equates to treatment opportunities to help the children of the world.

When “thank you” is not enough, please accept our deepest gratitude for uniting with us on such a wonderful mission by embracing Danny Thomas’ dream that “no child should die in the dawn of life.”

Sincerely,

Kristine Thompson

Dear Ms. Shore,

We are writing to thank you for your support of the 2004 MARE Golf Classic. We are so grateful that Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture was able to contribute a gift certificate to Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture with a value of $25.00, for our silent auction. All net proceeds from this year’s Golf Classic, held on May 17, 2004 at Wedgewood Pines in Stow, MA, benefited the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE).

For more than 45 years, MARE has helped to find adoptive homes for more than 5,000 children and has received national recognition for its initiatives. MARE is a private, non-profit agency providing extensive resources, programs and services related to the fulfillment of our mission to find “a place to call HOME” for special needs CHILDREN, sibling groups and children who are traditionally harder to place. We do this by recruiting, educating, supporting and advocating for FAMILIES throughout the adoption process.

Thank you again for your generosity and for joining us in making the 2004 MARE Golf Classic the first in a long line of great successes.

Sincerely,
